I don't like to change myself becoz changing myself just to suits into some enviroment shall only makes me change into a uncomfortable mode. I am ME! That's what makes me differents! As long as I am nice & comfy looking, say whatever Fk u wanna say. I don't mind coz, that's your mouth. Ain't mine. Alright!

My Toyota KE20 - first baby toyota..

Toyota KE20, my first toyota... i started to rides on it when i was born out on year 1981. It was being purchased down by my dad from some relative. It was modded not that heavily that time. Just some basic assesories part..but mostly since it belongs to old school categories.. most of them are crome'd steel parts. Which i think it will be hard to be found already nowadays.
Wonders about this little small monster is that, nearly 80% of its body is make from heavy duty steels. Which means, hahaha!! ya know what i meant here.. it was born with a 3k series engines.. with 4 gear transmission. How to i put this, normal car nowadays you guys are running with 5 speed or maybe 6 speeds.. but my engine was born late on 80's so... that time they only have it 4 speed technologies.
Firstly, i wasn't really like my car..becoz i wasn't that wild that time... i remember i got steal it out to drive before i got my "P" license.. that time i do believe i was holding just "L" license... and slowly i just learn about handling this car and how to drive it... but soon after it.. i started to drive into a bunch of friend who's their elder brother are mostly talking about cars... especially hondas... VTEC... then MMC engines on Wira... or soemthing like this.. but they aren't familiar at all with my car chasis nor engines..
Until later when i started to understand that... my car engine carburator's rev the faster speed if i runs it up till beyond 7000 rpm... probably due to the carburator system which was changed by my dad due to the old was was too lack of powers. From that day onwards, i started to rev faster with this baby car.. the max speed it has on the meter there was 100mph.. which is around 160kmph... but when i tested it out with some of my friends car.. they mentioned that i was doing beyond 160kmph... this is when my car engine is still on tip top perfomance.. but i was still a barely young child that time.. so i donnu much about engine or how to take care of it. Mostly of the servicing was done by my dad.
I only started to put in full intention to it after i graduated my secondary school.. i started to learn about how to make this car more stable.. how to handle it.. and weird is that..haha!! I seems to find that... "An FR cars is sort of hard to get skid off track or drift off track during high cornering times"... i am not sure about what you all calls as drifting nowadays.. because during that time.. i experienced few times of 360ยบ wheelie spin before... and slowly.. i somehow learned to oversteer it back and make my car straight back on the track...but... it wasn't done by keep on flooring ur pedal when it turns.. instead i just release the pedal and let the gear slow it down..
Only when i reach onto mid age time..when i was studying The One Academy design... i was most aggressive driver during that time.. my car was sort of well known to those few people due to my aggressive driving and also hahaa.. shall i say rude. ^_^ *sorry to those who i caused them accident*... but truely i really learned a lot of stuff from this baby rides. Some of the experience was, how to calculate the width and lenght of your total cars..and maximize your car squeezing abilities... this car was born with a front set of rear mirrors..so i have extra more thinner body.. and how to keep on flooring your cars when u drift off during cornering time... plus... braking parts...this is what i really find it fond me the most.. How shall i put this, mostly nowadays guys...they started with a 1 port disc brake set in front and a drum brake set at rear..or maybe full 4 wheel disc braked.. and they are very very nice set of brakes.. for my KE20.. since it was turned down to my hand.. the brake never got better.. it just forever on that stage.. it feels like squid if u force to brake it too hard. So, i learned about down shifting gear fast..as brakes.. so i really find that my KE20 rides..is far more challenging and exciting compare to any other new cars... not that it 's engines ROAR or the fat bass sound make by it exhaust... but.. it just a special feelings... there...
People usually see my KE20 like a weird car...due to the top carriage on my car roof top... haha!! even sames goes for my friends.. but i learned that.. that is what my KE20 stands out... so i won't be planning to take it off..and i will even enter any drag or track race with that top carriage...haha!! ^_^ i just find it look better with that thing...
Well, so far.. my baby Ke20 aren't performing that well anymore... due to the steering kit is no longer tight... and in order to find its steering kit.. i need to dig high low at gombak area..nearby batu caves..which i don't have the time to find the parts yet. But, somehow i am stucked half way on its convertion now... Ke20 parts is already outdated.. you can't find anymore parts unless you are a person born in 80's and you are 40-60 years old now who played a toyota before..
I am planning to convert it whole chasis and engine block to 4age 16valved Webber'd... you guys must be like asking me "WHY?"... becoz it is an old school.. it won't rocks if i turn it into injection body and trust me.. u be insane if u face those wiring convertions to my KE20 bodies.. so if i choose webber... then i can still remain that ROAR'ng sound out from the engines..plus once this convertion is done.. my car will be a complete new car on the road.
Total cost budget will be around 10K above.. so i am still trying to figure out another way to make it in step by step.... Well, ^_^ that's all about my first rides..

Now, here is some explanations... See that first Toyota emblem.. it is a mark of a 38 years old toyota KE20... marked as 2nd batch of Corolla models... and hahhaa.. ^_^ this baby although is swallowing me a hell lots of petrol everytime i bring her out.. but still... haha!! she is running in nearly 80% top conditions... ^_^ so.. i guess it explains out..why i love toyota a lot.. an old school baby and still i can go and mark on others people cars..with the K-series engines..which really roars like Webered / Superchargered monster... Old School ROcks!!~ coz they are FR!~~
